I have been trying to come up with a brief statement about how Y4F has helped me. I think I finally got it. With both my jiu jitsu and muay thai, yoga allows me to be in the moment and react accordingly. My opponents no longer have a prayer on the mat or in the ring! Focus on the breath and all will be well.

#2 go to your email.... you should get a manual and free video
#3 do that practice until the new press is ready
